Terms of service

These terms are between you and Ore Foundry Limited, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17250139), trading as Alenity.

What we do

We help you prepare a simple will for England & Wales from your answers. We are not solicitors and do not give legal advice. If your situation is complex, we will tell you and point you to proper advice.

Price

£24 for your will. An optional membership costs £6 a year for yearly check-ins and edits. It renews each year until you cancel, which you can do any time from your account.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of buying. If you ask us to draft your will straight away and we do, you agree that you lose the right to cancel for the will itself. The membership can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund.

Your will is only valid if you sign it properly

You must sign it in front of two adult witnesses who are both present at the same time, and who then sign too. A witness, or their spouse or civil partner, must not inherit. We give you a signing guide.

Our responsibility

We take care to get things right and hold professional indemnity insurance. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong answers you give us, or by a will that was not signed and witnessed correctly.
