Questions
Is an online will legal?+
Yes. In England and Wales a will is valid when it's written down and signed properly in front of two witnesses. How it was made doesn't matter.
What does it cost?+
£24 for your will. Then an optional £6 a year for yearly check-ins and edits.
Do I need a solicitor?+
Not for a simple will. If your situation is complicated, we'll tell you and point you to proper advice.
How do I sign it?+
In front of two adult witnesses, together, who don't inherit. We send a simple signing guide.
Where is my will kept?+
Send the signed original back in the prepaid envelope and we store it safely.
Can I change it later?+
Yes. Edit your answers, download the new version, and sign it again.
What happens to my data?+
It's private to your account. We never sell it or use it for adverts.
Can I cancel?+
Within 14 days of buying, unless we've already drafted your will at your request. The yearly membership can be cancelled any time.
Before you sign in, your answers stay in this browser tab. After, they’re saved privately to your account.
