What we collect

Your name, date of birth, address and email. The names, relationships and addresses of people you include in your will. Your will answers, any photo you upload, and payment records (handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number).

Why

To draft, store and update your will (our contract with you), and to keep accounting records (legal obligation). We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only you, and our staff when needed to provide the service. Our suppliers: hosting, payments, email and printing. When you die, your executor can request your will after we check their identity and a death certificate.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Payment records for 6 years. A stored original will until it is released to your executor.

Your rights

You can download your data or delete your account from your account page. You can also ask us to correct your data, and complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
